A Systems Integrator in terms of a manufacturing process is one who selects components from a commercially available range and puts them together as an integrated system to accomplish the client's needs. A typical simple Control System for a manufacturing system would be made up of field sensors, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) mounted in a Control Panel along with control components such as relays, contactors and circuit breakers. The Control Panel would have certain controls on the front - pushbuttons and indicators. A more complex Control System may require several PLCs networked together with Personal Computers running a SCADA/HMI software package.
The best solution invariably comprises state-of-the-art components by well established manufacturers nourished by sound programming methods. We work with your process engineers to determine what is needed, what is desired and what is possible then design the ideal control system. This could include CAD schematic diagrams and wiring schedules, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI configuration and programming, web site design, Control Panel design and construction, bench testing then commissioning the final design. The client is then presented with a full documentation package-CAD as-built drawings, PLC Program Listing,Control System Manual in hardcopy as well as on a another digital media.
We are constantly developing new skills and keeping up to date with new technology by talking to the best equipment manufacturers.
"We still use the electronic devices designed and built for our department (Industrial Metering) by Sapeca Pty Ltd over 15 years ago. We continue to get support when needed from this small but professional company whenever we call them."
